Policy
At allbattery.com our return policy is simple.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it within 60 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds
will be for the original purchase price (and sales tax if
applicable.) If the return is due to our error, we will pay for all
shipping costs to send you a replacement. In addition, most of our
products have a 1 year free replacement warranty from manufacturers
defect. In order for us to process your return, you will
need your receipt for us to do so.
For returns within 60 days- allbattery.com
will exchange or replace the product purchased. Returns more than 60
days beyond date of sale will be handled by manufacturers warranty
and will incur a small shipping and handling fee.
To return a product, simply
complete the following form.
When you contact us, we will generate an
RMA and email it to your e-mail address. Once you receive the e-mail
send it to us using a traceable shipper. As the shipper, you are
responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We
recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS
using delivery confirmation.
Once your package arrives to us, we will
follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA
was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after
arrival to process the credit.
